Dom
Dom has over 15 years experience in
hotel and restaurant kitchens, working
from the bottom of the ranks to the top.
When not experimenting with new ideas and developing recipes, Dom can be found tinkering in the garage with his classic car.
Emma
Event
Co-Ordinator
Whilst Dom was studying Kitchen Management at Catering College, Emma was studying Front of House Management. Having taken time out to raise their two young boys, Emma now co-ordinates all Dom's Kitchen events and will be your point of contact from initial enquiry until the end of your event.
